L’héritage de l’Albanie d’Enver Hoxha, c’est aussi des friches industrielles un peu partout (ici à la sortie d’El Basan) et des  bunkers dans tout le pays. Le dictateur était tellement parano qu’il en a fait construire environ 700 000, au cas ou le Pacte de Varsovie, Tito ou la CIA attaqueraient son pays  !
